    Intervine Technologies' camping lantern is much smaller than I expected, but it's very bright & conserves energy since it's battery operated. I had a little trouble getting the cover back on once I installed the batteries, but once I got it on, the lantern worked fine. It has 3 operating modes - high, low & strobe which is primarily for use as an emergency beacon.  It utilizes a triple sealed design to help reduce the chances for any type of moisture or humidity to enter the battery chamber. It has an integrated base hook for hanging overhead & its slow pulse indicator light flashes slowly as a protective feature to ensure that the lantern can always be located in case of an emergency or power outage. This lantern is well made from high quality, sturdy materials & comes with a 5 year warranty. It can be used for camping, fishing, hiking, or for emergency situations at home. Prescription medications used for water retention can possibly have harmful side effects. Zhou Nutrition's water pills contain natural ingredients such as vitamin B6, green tea, potassium & Dandelion Root which is known as a source of potassium itself.

 

Potassium replaces fluid that is lost through urination. Just 1-2 capsules a day helps to gently & naturally remove excess water.

 

Personally, I didn't notice much difference in my weight while taking these capsules. I guess I'm puffy from fat & not water. But I'm sure they will work well for those who are having issues with water retention.
