    Intervine Technologies' camping lantern is much smaller than I expected, but it's very bright & conserves energy since it's battery operated. I had a little trouble getting the cover back on once I installed the batteries, but once I got it on, the lantern worked fine. It has 3 operating modes - high, low & strobe which is primarily for use as an emergency beacon.  It utilizes a triple sealed design to help reduce the chances for any type of moisture or humidity to enter the battery chamber. It has an integrated base hook for hanging overhead & its slow pulse indicator light flashes slowly as a protective feature to ensure that the lantern can always be located in case of an emergency or power outage. This lantern is well made from high quality, sturdy materials & comes with a 5 year warranty. It can be used for camping, fishing, hiking, or for emergency situations at home.
